GTB Appoints Beau Smith as EVP, Managing Director of Retail
GTB, a global, industry-leading precision retail marketing agency, announced today that Beau Smith has been appointed as GTB’s EVP, Managing Director Retail, supporting Ford’s national network of U.S. dealers.
Smith brings over 17 years of experience managing all aspects of multi-franchise dealerships, including Ford, Lincoln, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Volvo and more. He is also well known to the family of Ford dealers. Prior to this appointment, Smith served as the owner operator at BSC Consulting as well as executive leadership at Epsilon where he guided automotive strategy and the field organization.
From 2012 to 2014, Smith was the Chairman of the Ford National Dealer Council, representing over 3,000 franchise dealers and collaborating with Ford’s leadership on all aspects of the industry.

Beau Smith succeeds David Caldwell, who will be undertaking an international assignment to extend GTB’s strong precision retail practice in non-U.S. markets.
Smith will begin his new role at GTB on January 4, 2021.
