CREATIVE

"Creative department" has always seemed like a contradiction in terms. With so many of us scattered across the world, we’re more a state of mind than an actual location. And while "creating content" may be this decade’s industry go-to catchphrase, the reality is we've been doing it all along. What was once a thirty-second TV spot or a full page in a magazine now spans social and mobile spaces, along with a myriad of digital tools that give us the opportunity to tell our brands' stories in compelling, surprising, and beautiful ways. So that's what we do. And we have a long and storied history of doing it really, really well.

Our in-house studios employ amazing experts in their craft, including production specialists, designers, videographers, copywriters, and developers. You can also call us "Connections" because that's exactly what we make. Our main goal: ensuring that GTB's creative work gets seen by the right people in the right places at the right time. We are a team of global media professionals, working to secure best-in-industry rates and packages. Together, we look at worldwide trends, share best practices and collaborate with our partners at the global, national and local level across every touch point: digital, social, television, print and CRM.

We exist to prove beyond any doubt that our work works. Our global presence performs three main functions: to stay current on what people are talking about and how they are reacting, to ensure that we make the smartest decisions as an agency, and to help the client understand what the data means for their business. Our reach extends across all agency functions, from media and strategy to content and creative executions, and includes a range of 20 distinct capabilities, from social media and digital analytics to search engine optimization.

BACKBONE OF BRITAIN

We wanted to create an epic ode to the workers of Britain, the work they do, and the vehicles they rely on every day to get the job done. A united force, if you like, driving the country forward.

THE SELF-BRAKING TROLLEY

Ford vehicles are packed full of amazing technologies, but typical tech demos don’t bring these to life. We created Interventions: a social content series where we take the technology out of the vehicles and into people’s everyday lives.
 

The third in the series is designed to help make supermarket shopping less stressful for parents. Taking inspiration from Ford’s Pre-Collision Assist technology the trolley scans ahead and automatically apply the brakes when a potential collision is detected.

THE LANE-KEEPING BED

Ford vehicles are packed full of amazing technologies, but typical tech demos don’t bring these to life. We created Interventions: a social content series where we take the technology out of the vehicles and into people’s everyday lives.
 

The second in the series is designed to help couples do what they love to do in bed: sleep. By taking inspiration from Ford’s Lane-Keeping technology we make sure each person gets their fair share of the bed.

THE QUIET KENNEL

Ford vehicles are packed full of amazing technologies, but typical tech demos don’t bring these to life. We created Interventions: a social content series where we take the technology out of the vehicles and into people’s everyday lives.
 

Our first prototype helps protect dogs’ ultrasensitive hearing from fireworks and thunder, taking inspiration from Ford Edge SUV’s Active Noise Control technology.

ALL-NEW FORD FOCUS: THE BEAUTY OF CHANGE

When something changes, it can become even better and more beautiful. And one of the best examples of that is when a humble caterpillar transforms into a spectacular looking butterfly.
 

This simple metaphor symbolised the radical appearance of the All-New Ford Focus and it inspired our entire campaign.

FORD RANGER RAPTOR: TOTAL DOMINATION

The New Ford Ranger Raptor is one badass pick-up truck.
 

To prove it, we created an action-packed launch film that pitched Raptor against a range of tough looking vehicles. Spoiler alert: it dominated.

How can you showcase the amazing sense of power and control of the iconic Ford Fiesta ST in a city? You simply can’t. But, what if you go under the city?

 

Watch the All-New Ford Fiesta ST as it drives 400m underground, taking over a 60km salt mine.

FORD RANGER BLACK: 100 DAYS OF DARK

Longyearbyen is the Arctic circle’s northernmost settlement. It’s one of the harshest environments on earth. And life’s hard for the people who live there: they spend over 100 days of the year living in constant darkness. So who better to put the Ford Ranger Black Edition to the test, than the drivers who really understand how tough darkness can be?

ELEPHANT IN THE TRANSIT

Mental Health issues are one of the biggest killers of young men in the UK. So many, finding it difficult to openly talk about their problems, choose to battle them alone.
 

Our campaign aims to help de-stigmatize the conversation around mental health issues with young males and urge drivers to address the 'Elephant in the Transit'.
